  • How do I know which frame code to choose?
    Each frame has a unique code (e.g., W1, M3). You can view images and select the code that matches your favorite style.

  • Do you offer free delivery and pickup in Miami?
    Yes! We offer free delivery and pickup within a 15-mile radius from Bayside, covering major areas like Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Doral, parts of Kendall, and Aventura. It’s a convenient, centrally located service area to make the process even easier for you.
  • Do you offer progressive or bifocal lenses?
    We offer both progressive and bifocal lenses. You can choose these options when starting your order.
  • How long does it take to receive my lenses after sending my prescription?
    Once we receive your prescription and your frames (if you’re using your own), your order takes 7 to 10 business days to complete. You can either send us your own frames or choose one of our FREE in-stock frames to speed up the process.
  • Can I use my own frame?
    Yes, as long as the frame is in good condition and not damaged. You'll just need to send it to us, and we’ll take care of the rest.
  • How do I send my prescription?
    You can upload your prescription in the order form or contact us to send it by email.
  • How can I track my order?

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit and debit cards, Zelle, and cash.
  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?
    Yes, returns or exchanges are accepted if the lenses show signs of anti-reflective coating degradation.
  • What happens if the lenses arrive damaged or defective?
    We’ll replace any lenses that arrive damaged or with manufacturing defects.
  • What does your warranty cover?
    Our warranty covers anti-reflective coating degradation and applies to new lenses in either your frames or ours. It does not cover damaged or previously used frames.
